Where cut pieces are assembled, inspected, and finished into a completed garment.
This stage brings every piece together, stitching, cropping loose threads, checking each garment, and pressing to final presentation standard. It’s the point where individual components become a finished, retail-ready product.
Every garment is checked at multiple points during stitching, cropping, and pressing, with in-line inspection carried out at random and full checking and pressing applied to every single piece before it moves forward.
Garments pass through in-line inspection during construction, followed by individual checking and pressing on every piece, so quality control isn’t a single end-of-line check, it’s built into each step of assembly.
