Where fabric is dyed to shade, raised for texture, and finished to meet exact specification.
Once knitted, fabric moves to dyeing and finishing, where it’s dyed to the required shade, raised for softness and texture, and finished to meet each order’s fabric specification. This stage determines much of the final garment’s feel and appearance, so consistency here matters as much as accuracy.
Every lot of dyed fabric is inspected before moving forward, checked for shade consistency, trims, and finish quality against the buyer’s approved standard.
Dyed fabric is verified using calibrated lab equipment, including a Crocking Meter for colorfastness and rub resistance, alongside dye fabric inspection and lab testing on every lot, so color performance holds up under real-world wear, not just on the shelf.
