Where every garment begins, transforming yarn into fabric to precise specification.
Knitting is the first stage in our production process, converting raw yarn into fabric that meets each order’s exact weight, texture, and structure requirements. We work through established knitting partners to ensure consistent output across every order size, from small runs to bulk production.
Fabric is inspected on arrival before moving to the next stage, checked against buyer specifications for weight, width, and construction.
Every batch of fabric is tested against international standards before it moves forward, checked using calibrated lab equipment including Judge-II Macbeth light boxes for color consistency, shrinkage testing, and fabric grammage measurement. This ensures the fabric your garment is built from meets specification before a single stitch is made.
