Not a single checkpoint, but a discipline built into every stage of production.
Quality control isn’t confined to one department at AWOC, it runs through the entire process: fabric inspected on arrival, dye lots checked for shade and colorfastness, cutting audited by sample, embroidery checked in full, and garments inspected during stitching, checking, and pressing. This final stage brings it all together with a dedicated review before goods are cleared for packing.
Every order is reviewed against the buyer’s original specification before it’s approved to move forward, no piece proceeds on assumption, only on verified compliance.
Our approach to quality is guided by four principles: direct responsibility at every level (“it starts with me”), flexibility to meet each buyer’s specific requirements, a preventive rather than reactive approach to problems, and ongoing training so our team keeps pace with evolving industry standards.

- Fabric inspection (weight, width, construction)
- Dye lot shade consistency and colorfastness
